I'm sorry I'm stupid. Are you having the house built from scratch or you're getting a modular home or is that basically a triple wide mobile home? reason why I ask is we almost did the same thing back in 2001 we looked at triple wide mobile home about 1800 sq and Im not kidding ya it was a damn house divided into threes!!! beautiful stuff. We were gonna get the upgraded tile floors and oak cabinets and all stainless appliances. Nice job though! house is nice!!!
what are you gonna do for a garage or shop?

its a modular aka pre-fab... house built in a factory and delivered in pieces with the final assembly at the sight.
as far as the garage goes, I'm building a 4 car at a 90 degree angle to the right of the house. eventually I would like to put a 2500-3000 sq/ft metal shop up but my budget is blown as it is right now.

I live in a 1800sqft triple wide and I love it people always try to talk shit saying I live in a trailer but when they come in side they are surpized. At leats I'm not paying some ones else rent for them. Good luck looks great.

That's the key... THE FOUNDATION!!! Those are nice placs but resale is hard and sucks without a foundation. That's a nice looking model.
I'm with Mikey on the bennes... That's a sweet pic!
Congratulations.
