mine was normally $169k setup and delivered

I paid $156k setup and delivered... then its get expensive...

$27k for permits
$9k for county required fire sprinklers
$25-40k for septic parts & Install

its goes on and on...

We originally budgeted $200k but we went well past that, financed the house but everything else was out of pocket so I quit counting. I sold most of my nice/fun toys to do it but it was the best thing I did. We LOVE the new house, the friends and family LOVE the new house... its kinda deceiving from the outside actually how big it really is... with 3 kids, we had to do something.
