530 machine shops NOT to use

Will be taking my Edelbrock 70cc heads to get milled.
What shops SHOULDNT I use?
Hust Bros was great in the past, as well as Clay & Paquette, but after going to both, Ive heard some bad things about both places.
Where else should I stay away from?

Putney's custom machine in Chico is a really good place to go.

Daves engine and machine also great place.

if in the marysville area chico is closer than the south bay area

all i've had husk brothers do for me was resurface my flywheel.

I've heard good things about John Beck, he's attached to that Neon-sign-lit Street Rod shop on the West side of Hwy 99, comin' into Chico, maybe 1/2mi. past the Wood Brothers Carpet stoplight. What th' hell is the name of that place? John's shop is Pro Machine. If you're in the area, hard to argue with the work that Dave's turns out, that Angie girl knows her shit. Good shops are gettin' hard to find!

Now. Craig used to do the work on my father inlaws comp
Elim motors. I did hear recently thru rumors a couple of high dollar motors come out of there and have gone kaboom!
