Looks great. The staggered tile floor threw me off for a second. Kind of like that look.

Just out of curiosity what does a modular like that cost ? dont need a exact amount just a rough figure,I always wondered what they cost because I drive by 3 of the plants on my way to work everyday in woodland.

mine was normally $169k setup and delivered

I paid $156k setup and delivered... then its get expensive...

$27k for permits
$9k for county required fire sprinklers
$25-40k for septic parts & Install

its goes on and on...

We originally budgeted $200k but we went well past that, financed the house but everything else was out of pocket so I quit counting. I sold most of my nice/fun toys to do it but it was the best thing I did. We LOVE the new house, the friends and family LOVE the new house... its kinda deceiving from the outside actually how big it really is... with 3 kids, we had to do something.

It looks like you are still under 90 a sq ft,and that is hard to do anymore congrats on the new house.
Where are you off midway I just finished a job on midway but on the dixon side of 80,worked out there for the last year and a half building the VA national cemetery
